Our main purpose is to guarantee full satisfaction to our customers. Since we custom make most of our merchandise to order returns are generally not accepted and we are able to accept returns on defected merchandise or mistakes we have made, in those cases a corrected replacement is sent out or we promptly return your money. In order for us to process your request, you must return the merchandise in the same condition as when originally shipped (Please, no worn or washed items). If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so. However, you will be charged a flat rate of $5.00 for shipping the new item back to you. If you are returning an item for a refund, you must do so within 15 days of its arrival to you. The returned item must be in the same condition as when originally shipped (Please, no worn or washed items). We will then credit you the full amount of purchase. Important: It is important for us to let you know that all the information that you provide us is just to process your order, we will not share it or sell it to anybody else and we will do our best to keep it secure and private.
